When will I receive my order?

What time will my order be delivered?

The courier will need you to be at the delivery address between 9am-5pm. We will provide the courier with the contact number given upon order to contact you regarding the delivery. Failure to take delivery will incur a re delivery charge.

How do I cancel my order?

If the order has not yet been dispatched, please email info@domapp.co.uk with your name, address, phone number, stock code you wish to cancel and order number. We will be in touch and advise whether the order was able to be cancelled. If the order has been dispatched we are unable to change it.

What should I do if the goods arrive damaged?

If the goods should arrive damaged, please refuse the goods and sign the delivery manifest as 'Goods damaged on delivery, item returned'. If the goods appear to be damaged superficially (i.e packaging looks damaged), please accept the delivery but sign the delivery manifest as 'Goods damaged on delivery'. If the item itself is clearly damaged inside the packaging after the courier has gone, please email us at info@domapp.co.uk with your name, address, phone number, stock code and order number, also detailing the damage sustained to the appliance and we will investigate and arrange for a either a replacement part or a replacement appliance to be sent.

Can I return my order?

Should you change your mind, providing it is within 7 days of delivery, we can refund the goods (less a collection charge), providing the appliance is unopened, in original packaging and undamaged. If the goods have been taken from the original packaging we can't accept a return as all of our products are sold as brand new, unopened stock.

How much is delivery?

Delivery to UK mainland is free when Standard Delivery is selected, no matter what you have bought from us! Next working day delivery is £10. This is excluding London postcodes which may incur an additional charge, please contact us for more information.

When can I contact you?

Our office opening times are Mon-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-3:30pm. Any correspondence outside of these times will be picked up the next working day.
